Mulching and Compost In Howard County

The ability of farmers to create mulch and compost on their farm land has been a controversial topic. Four years of hearings and meetings about the subject have occurred with recent legislation nearly enacted.  Jay Polaki of Dayton hosted a forum in her home for neighbors and candidates Natalie and China Williams to discuss the issue with constituents.  Natalie discussed why, as a farmer, the ability to compost waste was important to many farmers.
